Everything matched my order, so I really can’t complain. It was simple, straightforward, and turned out the way I expected. Overall, I felt satisfied and relieved that there were no surprises.

I ordered from macro-plate.com and felt relieved when I opened the box. One corner was a little scuffed up, so I was a bit worried at first, but everything inside was totally fine and wrapped really well. No leaks, nothing broken, which is the main thing for me. They might be able to cut back a little on the packing material, but overall I’m happy with the order. 4 stars

I was able to manage my subscription in the end, but I remember feeling a little frustrated clicking around trying to find the cancel and pause options. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just one of those moments where you wish things were more obvious. Once I found what I needed, it was fine, but the process could definitely be clearer.

I messaged them twice about my order and got no real help, no real help at all. The first response was just an auto reply, which didn’t answer anything.

I waited a few days and emailed again, but the reply was still not useful. It really felt like no one was actually reading what I wrote, just sending the same kind of answer again and again.

Maybe the product itself is fine, I don’t know, but the support made the whole experience annoying. I probably wouldn’t use them again if this is how they handle messages

I tried using Macro Plate it was just kind of a hassle. The pages felt confusing, some of the buttons weren’t really clear, and it took way too long to find simple info. It was even worse on my phone because things loaded weird and I just kept having to go back. After a while, I gave up. The site definitely needs a lot of fixing
